The First, Most Important and Biggest Program to qualify the Youth to the Labor Market.

This program is tailored to build both senior students’ and fresh graduates’ awareness of the required market skills in a variety of EOP (English for Occupational Purposes) contexts.

These skills are introduced in 8 modules, featured with their practical implementation through gamified content, case studies and final projects.

Program Stages

Real Academy aids the learner to undergo the qualifying journey through three stages:

  • Stage 1: Learners are introduced to the skills they need to obtain in order to be qualified applicants and the effective communication skills for fresh hires.
  • Stage 2: There are more advanced skills, soft skills, corporates and the market usually require onboarding new hires to learn and be efficient users in, such as presentations and digital marketing.
  • Stage 3: As a promotional gateway, these are the supervisory and managerial skills by which employees can advance in their career paths.

Eligibility Criteria
